Hi! My name is Aleksandra Coughlin. I’ve worked in patient care for over three years, gaining experience in check-ins, scheduling appointments, handling high volumes of phone calls, and managing a variety of administrative tasks. I pride myself on being attentive, organized, and compassionate when supporting patients and their families.

I have a deep passion for mental health and firmly believe that mental wellness plays a vital role in everyone’s life. My experience in patient-facing roles, paired with my commitment to mental health advocacy, allows me to approach care with empathy and intention. I’m eager to continue making a positive impact in people’s lives.
