ABOUT

Hi, I’m Jenna! I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). My path into mental health began long before becoming a provider. After becoming a registered nurse in 2020, I worked in inpatient behavioral health with adolescents, adults, and older adults, which helped to shape the way I practice today. I later transitioned to an outpatient family medicine clinic, where I gained a deeper appreciation for the connection between physical and mental health.

I work with patients across the lifespan experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, and attention difficulties. I strive to create a space that feels relaxed, collaborative, and judgement-free. Depending on your needs, our work together may include psychotherapy, medication management, or education to help you better understand your symptoms and treatment options. I approach psychiatric care with the belief that no one is just a diagnosis. Every patient brings a story, strengths, stressors, and live experiences that deserve thoughtful attention. My role is not only to assess symptoms and prescribe as appropriate, but to truly understand the person sitting in front of me.

Reaching out for mental health support can feel overwhelming. My hope is to make that first step feel a little easier and to provide care that is thoughtful, compassionate, and tailored to you.

FUN FACT

I recently made the move to Colorado from Illinois and have loved embracing this new chapter, including learning how to ski (still a work in progress). Outside of work, I recharge by spending quality time with my boyfriend, curling up with a good book, hiking, and going to concerts. I’m also a proud cat mom to three: Olive, Martini, and Phoenix. Balance is important to me, and I try to live the same way I encourage my patients to: intentionally and with room for joy.
