ABOUT

Hello, my name is Lindsey, and was born and raised in the state of Colorado. I have 15 years of healthcare experience working directly with patients across the lifespan. Throughout my career, I worked as a nursing assistant, a burn care technician, and a registered nurse. I have worked in multiple settings such as the Neuro ICU, the Burn Unit, as well as the Operating Room. During my nursing career, I have been fortunate to have the opportunity to travel to different surgical centers and hospitals around Colorado and Vermont.

I became a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) after navigating my own personal struggles with mental health. Through this journey, I discovered that there is hope and a path to healing. My experiences have given me a unique perspective and a deep empathy for those facing similar mental health challenges. 

As a PMHNP, I understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. I am committed to using a holistic, evidence-based approach, offering personalized support, and hope to my patients, and helping them find their own paths to recovery and well-being. 

FUN FACT

I have completed over 30 escape rooms across the state of Colorado, and a couple in Nevada and Arizona. 

I enjoy researching Disney history. My goal is to visit all Disney Parks around the world. So far, I have visited the parks in California, Florida, and France!

I have a love for all animals, and would love to one day adopt multiple senior pets in need.
